shareholder, stockholder: 股东 -- gudong
money invested, capital stock: 股本 -- guben
stock company: 股份公司 -- gufen gongsi

bond: 债券 -- zhaiquan
debenture: 公司债券-- gongsi zhaiquan
government bond: 政府债券 -- zhengfu zhaiquan
