Chinese Gongbi--011(Flower, Bird & Character): Look! What A Beautiful One She Is!
This week, I was interested in painting a character after hearing a music that made me think of a stream flowing down a mountain and some girls with green clothes dancing in the flowers with many butterflies and birds. So, I created my first Chinese Gong Bi character and I completed it alone for my art lesson was delayed to next Tuesday night. Instead of waiting for the directions from my teacher, I colored it following the directions from some art books. However, after I put it on my web site, I just found that I have not colored the lips of the girl. In came this picture is big as 2 newspaper, maybe you has not found it via the little picture on the web site yet. :- )

In China, this poem sentences often be used as the titles of the articles to say that people who are from a same world, same country, same nation, same industry and same home, should not fight too much. So, if you heave known this poem, you will have known the meaning via the title before you read the detail.
Chinese in Current Affairs 001: How to Say "Hurricane in the U.S." in Chinese
Some friends thought that my Chinese is too difficult to learn for a beginner. After thinking of this problem for a while, I tried at least 6 times to edit a new Daily Chinese for the beginners. I wanted to start it from the things that people are concerning most. So, today, I tried to offer you just 3 sentences about the hurricane in the U.S. I do hope to know how you think of my trying and what ideas you have.

I am just a learner on art, music, literature, English and the work on the web site. However, I really hope to do a little bit things for making this little web site to be an electronic bridge of culture exchange, friendship and language learning. So, I do hope to get your help, support, and directions on matter on English language or cultures and skills as well.

If you have any questions, requests, advice, comments, suggestions, please write to shirley@ebridge.cn or shirleyz004@yahoo.com . You are welcomed.
