Hi,Dear Friends
 How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope that everything is doing well with you and you are enjoying your weekend.
This week, as soon as I handed in my 5th work paper in 2010, I started the 6th one. I involved myself into my work deeply so that I forgot time -- I thought Friday as Thursday and I planed to go to my office to complete the paper next morning. Until a colleague reminded me to try my car "Tomorrow morning on Saturday", I realized the confusion.;-)
Anyway, my mind was full of the ideas so that I wanted to complete the paper before doing anything else even though painting or music. So, I was in my office before 9:00 am next day, to enjoy the delight that words flowed out of my fingers as a river in my peaceful office for most of Saturday.
As soon as I sent the paper out, I attended an international education exchange. To see how about 20 universities from America, Canada, Britain, Australia, Japan and Singapore promoted their education programs since they even invited the Consultants of the Britain Consulate, a property company of Australia, the Bank of China, English Training Organization of America and Britain with them together.
Then I got 3 ＾finally￣ on the weekend:
-- Finally, I have found my third music teacher and my first Music Professor from Central Conservatory of Music of China ? Mr. Meng and I had my first music lesson after I came back from the US. I will learn how to sing and how to compose music from him in the coming years.
-- Finally, I got a positive respond to my proposal to create and to publish a series books from a university publishing house.
-- Finally, my second pair of glasses has come from Germany. The problems of the myopia, astigmia and presbyopia on my eyes have been resolved by the only one pair of glasses at once. I had been using the same kind of glasses. The level of the problem has changed now.
Besides, I have had a new inspiration from many great responds from a lot of friends -- Everyone is manager. :-)
No matter we have realized this or not, no matter we have titles of managers or not, we are all managing ourselves and all things we are doing on. Manager is not the patent of the professional persons to manage organizations, companies or projects. Everyone is his/her own manager.
Even though a cleaning lady in the company, she is the manager of the area that she is looking after. Where should she clean earlier, where should she clean later, how to clean the area, what tool does she use, whole of the work process and everything in the process has to be arranged, managed and controlled by herself. She is her own manager.
The difference of a manager and a cleaning lady is that a manager who has a title manages everything proactively as his/her occupation; a clean lady does everything naturally and non-consciously as a manager. Both of a manager who has a title and a cleaning lady are all managers, they are managing on different level and scope, with the style consciously and non-consciously.
If a manager could lead his or her employees to manage their own work proactively and does it well, then the company¨s management level has entered a new and higher level.
