Chun Xiao -- A Spring Morning is a little, but famous Chinese classical poem by Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran . With just 4 lines and 20 Chinese characters, it has written out a very vivid and fresh slice of life.
-- After a good sleep in the spring night, the poet opened his eyes in the singings of the birds and the sweet smell of flowers, it helped him think of the sounds of the wind and rain last night, so that he wanted to know how many flowers have dropped down already...
When we read this poem, it sounds like we have heard the singings of the birds, felt the fresh air in the morning and the sweet smell of the flowers and we can imagine the the activities of the poet...
With all of these feelings, I have created a piece of music to match it in 2005 and I painted painting for the poem and the music in Sep, 2011, after I completed the study in CAFC.
Note: This weekend, I re-recorded the music and re-sang it in CNAA in Beijing. But for I could not sit for a long time, therefore, I could not re-write the comments of the poem and to re-record the language part yet. I will do that after my health is improved some day. I am sorry for that
Anyway, I do hope that my effort will be some help with you to learn Chinese language and cultures.

Sleeping in a spring night, I've missed the dawn. Eveywhere I heard the songs of birds. In the night's wind and rain, How many flowers have fallen?
Translated it on August 14, 2011
Sleeping in the spring night, don't know when it's dawn. Singings of birds are everywhere. Last night's wind and rain, How many flowers have dropped down?
